Mr. Kim is a registered patent attorney with expertise in handling trademark and design applications. He has had broad exposure to a wide range of issues with respect to trademarks and designs.




Mr. Kim obtained his Bachelor of Law from Kwangwoon University.  During his undergraduate studies, he focused on Intellectual Property(trademark law, design law, copyright law).




Since joining MUHANN, Mr. Kim has been preparing and prosecuting trademark and design applications. He has also prepared legal opinions and actions regarding trademark and design infringement and unfair competition.
