Mr. Jung has been a Partner at Muhann since 2023, leading a team specializing in mechanical engineering. He advises clients on patent strategies for both domestic and international filings, with extensive experience in all aspects of patent portfolio development—ranging from patentability searches, application drafting and prosecution, to due diligence, clearance (freedom-to-operate/right-to-use), and legal opinions.

 

He has particular expertise in technologies such as secondary batteries, fuel cells, wearable devices, medical robots, drones, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, defense technologies, and shipbuilding. His clients include global corporations, mid-sized enterprises, and national research institutes in Korea.

 

In 2022, Mr. Jung completed a professional training program in Germany, gaining valuable international insight and strengthening his ability to support clients with cross-border intellectual property matters.

 

Mr. Jung is passionate about advancing his technical expertise in close collaboration with long-term clients, ensuring that his advice is always tailored to the unique needs of each case.
