Based on extensive experience, Mr. Jung has drafted hundreds of Korean and foreign patent specifications, prepares opinions on infringement and patent validity, advises on patent development strategy, and manages patent portfolios related to foldable phones, wearable devices, medical robots, drones, secondary batteries, semiconductor manufacturing systems, and a range of other technologies, for clients of all sizes.




Additionally, he has handled suits related to electric power systems and water purification systems, carried out design-around analysis aimed at minimizing risk of litigation related to medical robots, semiconductor manufacturing systems and optical systems, and has been closely involved in FTO searches for major US and European companies.




Mr. Jung received his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Korea University.
