Mr. Moon is a registered patent attorney with expertise in artificial intelligence, neural processors, HW accelerators, virtual reality, healthcare, business methods, battery management, financial technology, advanced driver assistance systems, wireless communication, signal processing, video/audio processing, and display technologies. He also passed the U.S. patent bar exam and is qualified to practice as a patent agent before the USPTO.




Mr. Moon received his Bachelor of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering from Hanyang University.  During his undergraduate studies, he focused on and participated in projects for communication system design, antenna design, and digital image processing.




Since joining MUHANN, he has been responsible for preparing and prosecuting patent applications for small, medium and large entities. He has also prepared opinions regarding possible infringement and validity of patents, and helped clients build IP portfolios. In addition to his primary work, Mr. Moon regularly manages litigations and appeals related to the field of financial technology.
