Mr. Jung is a registered patent attorney with expertise in trademark and design applications.  Mr. Jung has had a wide range of experience with respect to trademarks and designs.

 

Mr. Jung received his Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Korea University.  During his undergraduate studies, he focused on and participated in projects for file transfer program design using TCP/IP, and communication system design.




Prior to joining MUHANN, he worked for Hanol International Patent Office as the managing attorney responsible for filing and prosecutions on behalf of Hynix Semiconductor INC., Dongyang Magic Co. Ltd. and GM Daewoo. 




Before joining Hanol International Patent Office, he worked for Asiana International Patent & Law Office as the managing attorney responsible for filing and prosecutions on behalf of LG Electronics, Daesang, KT&G, and Korea Electric Power Data Network Co., Ltd.    




Since joining MUHANN, he has been preparing and prosecuting trademark and design applications.  He also prepared legal opinions regarding trademark and design infringement.  Throughout his career, he has been involved with or has handled a variety of trademark infringement lawsuits.
