Ms. Jeongyoun KIM is a registered patent attorney with expertise in organic, inorganic, and polymer chemistry, pharmaceuticals, materials (in particular, electronic materials), and chemical engineering. 




Ms. KIM received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from POSTECH and LLM from the University of Minnesota Law School. 




Prior to joining MUHANN, she handled patent prosecution and litigation cases for international and domestic clients. Also, she conducted appeals before the Korean Patent Court and Korean Intellectual Property Tribunal, patent validity analyses, patent infringement analyses, analyses for third party observation submissions, and freedom-to-operate searches.
