Mr. Ha is a patent attorney with expertise in mechanical engineering.




Mr. Ha received his Bachelor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering degree from Seoul National University.  During his undergraduate studies, he focused on the mechanics of robotics and refrigeration systems.  He participated in projects involving mechanical design, control systems engineering, and mechanical vibration. 




Since joining MUHANN, Mr. Ha has been responsible for preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Mr. Ha has drafted hundreds of Korean and foreign patent specifications, prepares opinions on infringement and patent validity, advises on patent development strategy related to wearable devices, medical robots, foldable phones, clamshell type phones, drones and a range of other technologies.
