Mr. Ha is a patent attorney with expertise in mechanical and structural engineering.




Mr. Ha received his Bachelor of Architectural and Civil Engineering from Korea University. During his undergraduate studies, he focused on statics, mechanics of materials, vibration/noise reduction technology and design.




Mr. Ha served as an interpreter in the Eighth United States Army in South Korea, and lived in Shanghai, China, where he studied the Chinese language and culture. Through these experiences, he gained exposure to various IP related tasks in the US and China.




Also, he represents numerous domestic companies locally and abroad, assisting them with respect to patent applications, trials, litigations, and so on. Specially, Mr. Ha has much experience in handling IP infringement and litigation cases in China.




His practice focuses on display devices, communication devices, inventions related to design.




Since joining MUHANN, Mr. Ha has been responsible for filing patent applications, responding to office actions, patent registration, handling trials and litigations, and responding to infringement complaints.
