Ms. Lee is a registered Trademark attorney with expertise in trademark and design applications. Ms. Lee practices all aspects of intellectual property law, including domestic and international trademark prosecution and infringement cases.

Prior to joining MUHANN, she worked for WON International Patent Office as the managing attorney responsible for prosecutions on behalf of many multinational corporations. She was also involved in a variety of trademark infringement lawsuits.

Ms. Lee has advised numerous clients on the legal use of their trademarks to establish the greatest level of protection. She has prosecuted service mark registration applications to completion. Ms. Lee has written many opinions that address registration issues of a client’s potential mark. Further, she has experience with many issues with regard to trademarks and designs. She also prepared opinions regarding possible infringements as well as validity of trademarks.
