Mr. Kim is a registered patent attorney with expertise in wireless networking, DTV, IPTV, and cable/terrestrial broadcasting systems.

Prior to joining MUHANN, Mr. Kim worked for KBK & Associates, as the managing attorney responsible for domestic and foreign prosecutions on behalf of LG Electronics, among others. He also prepared legal opinions regarding issues of patent validity and patent infringement. His primary experiences deal with patents related to various standards, and handling patent pools.

Mr. Kim received his bachelors of Science Degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering with Honors from Yonsei University. He is currently enrolled in the Law Department of KyungHee University for studying Intellectual Property Law more deeply.
