Mr. Shin is a registered patent attorney with expertise in mechanical engineering, mechanical designing, computer-controlled machines, and mechanical vibration.

Since Mr. Shin joined MUHANN, he has been actively involved in the preparation and prosecution of numerous patent applications including mechanical systems, semiconductor equipment, panel displays, control systems, machinery, and flying devices.

Prior to joining MUHANN, Mr. Shin worked for Park, Kim and Partners as the managing attorney responsible for preparing and filing patent application on behalf of LG Electronics, LS Industries, Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), and other large organizations.

Prior to transferring to Park, Kim and Partners, Mr. Shin served as a research engineer for KIST. During that time, he developed drivers for linear motors, control programs for motors, and various control algorithms for human robots. He also participated in a project for the development of a human robot.

During his military service in the air force as a first lieutenant, his main responsibility was to control combat planes remotely.

Mr. Shin received his bachelors and masters of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Honors from Korea University. During graduate school, he participated in projects for developing interfaces with humans and robots and a TCS brake system for automobiles.
