Mr. Jung is a registered patent attorney with expertise in Trademarks and Designs.

Prior to joining MUHANN, Mr. Jung worked for Kim & Chang as the managing attorney responsible for prosecutions and trademark litigation with respect to worldwide famous trademarks, including GUCCI, NINA RICCI, MONFORT, DISNEY and FIFA etc.

Prior to transferring to Kim & Chang, Mr. Jung was a member of the legal department at POSCO Construction, Inc. During that time, he was involved in advising the company on legal matters, preparing and reviewing contracts, especially license agreements pertaining to patents and trademarks.

Mr. Jung received his bachelors of Literature Degree in Law with Honors from Korea University.

Mr. Jung has lectured numerous times on trademarks for many institutions. He is also the author of the book entitled “Essence of trademark”.
